All participants struggled to understand terms like ‘18 to 35s’ and ‘Polar’ because they were not familiar with the context of them.
Participants didn’t recognise the short form ‘FAQ’. Should be written in full so it is clear.
Participants found it easy to group all the continents in a category.

Both participants struggled to find the ‘festival’ section because it was too hidden.
Navigational menu should not have too many accordion menus because it makes sections too hidden and hard to find.
Category name should match more with the ‘festival’ tab. maybe switch ‘trip types’ to ‘activities’
